FATHER HERMAN'S ORDINATION
Father Herman's Ordination and his very first Mass, which he presided over here at St. Joseph were indeed beautiful and moving. For a man to give up all and choose a monastic lifestyle in this day is certainly challenging and difficult. It is a great tribute to Father and God's grace active in him. Many thanks to those who were so generous in the planning of the Mass and the parish reception that followed. Many thanks to those who did not have prior engagments adjusted there schedules to attend his first Mass. We can speak a lot about the vocation shortage and the need for priests, indeed we hear of parishes closing. Your simple attendance at his very first Mass showed your support for him on his special day and how important the priest truly is to the Church. Actions indeed speak louder than words.

KITCHEN RENOVATIONS
Due to generous donations, kitchen renovations in the school are scheduled to begin this summer. ALL PARISH ORGANIZATIONS who make use of the facility should call the rectory office so that we make proper plans for our future.
